12 May Grace Church en Español Harrison Bridge | Update
Since launching over two years ago, Grace Church en Español has grown to have over 17 countries represented in an average worship service. Even with this exciting growth, it is still just a small portion of the 40,000-60,000 Spanish speakers in Greenville county.
With a large hispanic population growing in the Mauldin and Simpsonville areas, making up about 10% of their population, our Español campus has the unique opportunity to move into the Harrison Bridge community as Grace Church en Español at Harrison Bridge.
“Mauldin and Simpsonville are large population areas for Latinos—We Choose to go where people need a healthy local church to grow in their faith . . . There is a huge opportunity here, and we want to make the biggest impact we can.” —Robby Richard, Grace En Español Campus Pastor
With the goal of launching in early fall, this new campus is currently ready to go with full serving teams and volunteers. We will use the next few months as time to focus on being visible in the community and becoming familiar faces in the area.
As we continue moving forward with Grace Church en Español at Harrison Bridge, we ask that our church body would join with us in praying for a time and location for service. Please pray that we are received well and are able to effectively reach the community.
If you are familiar with the Harrison Bridge community and know of anyone interested in joining us, invite them to visit our website at www.GraceChurchEnEspanol.org for further details about upcoming campus meetings and official launch date.
